Acceptable, But Some Issues Exist

The grounds had a lovely appearance, and the toiletries smelled really nice.
Breakfast turned out subpar. The buffet had food constantly running out. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM, it caused quite the disruption. The staff offered neither an apology nor a proper explanation after all of this.

I enjoyed the Estate View Guestroom. the room offered ample space and cleanliness was superb. a highlight was the breakfast variety. Many tasty options were available. the grounds were beautifully kept and i enjoyed walking around.
the external heating system and compressor outside my room caused some noise. this issue was noticeable during the night. i wish this problem had been addressed before my arrival.

i found the Grill bar menu to have good choices. the food tasted fresh even via room service. breakfast offers a great range and caters for everyone, so much variety.

lovely groundsnice toiletriesexternal heatingsystem noise
Grounds were lovely and the toiletries were really nice Rituals products.
The noise in my room was due to the external heating system. This was very upsetting and I would not return if the problem persisted. A manager moved us to an upgraded room for the second night, but that initial disruption was disappointing.
